How I can help
My counselling approach
Your life and experiences are unique, so your therapy should be too. Together, we’ll shape each session around what feels most helpful for you, rather than following a rigid formula. I am trained in Transactional Analysis, a very practical form of therapy. By noticing patterns in how you think, feel and react, we can begin to untangle what’s keeping you stuck and create space for change. Most importantly, therapy with me is about building a strong, genuine connection. I want you to feel listened to without judgement – a safe place to explore whatever you need.
My qualifications
You deserve to feel confident that you’re in safe hands. During my five years of training, I have earned a Level 6 diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and am currently completing my Level 7 qualification in Psychotherapy, this is the equivalent of a Master’s Degree. I am accredited by the NCPS (National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society) and registered with UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy).

Areas I work with
I work with clients facing a wide range of challenges – whether it’s anxiety keeping you awake at night, depression making simple tasks feel overwhelming, navigating neurodiversity, or relationship struggles that keep repeating. These are areas I often work with, but my practice isn’t limited to them. Whatever you’re going through, we can explore it together in a supportive space where you feel understood.
Cost and availability
Sessions are 50 minutes at £50 per appointment. While my primary practice is in Beverley, I also have some availability at The Ellesmere Centre in Hull (267 Beverley Road, HU5 2ST). Whether you prefer to meet in-person, connect online through Google Meet or talk over the phone, I can accommodate your preferred way of working.
While my schedule fills quickly, I have some daytime and evening appointments available for new clients.
Questions?
Starting therapy is a big decision, and it’s completely natural to have questions about the process, my approach and what to expect. I’ve created a comprehensive FAQ section to help you feel more informed and confident about taking this important step.
